Did the flying pig is an inspiration of the flying boar in Avatar The Last Airbender??

The flying pig is based on the phrase "when pigs fly" which has been around long enough that it's uncertain where it originated from. I'd imagine the flying boar from The Last Airbender was probably also inspired by that phrase, though I can't say for sure because I don't remember the boar from The Last Airbender.
